How We’re Different

Based on the VMS team-mentorship model established at MIT, VMSA matches each mentee with a team of three Mentors.

VMSA’s focus is on developing the capacity of the individual entrepreneur so that they have the ability to better solve their business issues. VMSA Mentors do this through coaching. They do not advise on how to run businesses. Our Mentors ask the right questions that get entrepreneurs thinking critically about the decisions driving their venture. VMSA’s coaching philosophy keeps the ownership of the decision making with the Mentee.

Our Mentors do not build the race car(business), instead they train the race car driver(CEO/Founder). VMSA is a continuous support to help provide perspective, accountability, and clarity to a founder.
